Rota is a beautiful fishing town located next to the Cadiz Bay, Southeast Mainland Spain. The hotel is located in the touristic area of Costa Ballena, with more than 4 km of virgin beaches. Rota is the perfect Summer city, which offers a large variety of activities to do, the most important one is golf.

Use of the water slides is subject to the following restrictions:

Minimum height: 120 cm
Maximum weight: 110 kg
Water Park 2025; Open from 04/17 to 04/20 + from June 6 to September 7 (every day)
Weekends open from May 1 to June 5 + September 8 when the hotel closes (Only Saturdays and Sundays)
Water Park hours are from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
In inclement weather conditions, the park will be closed.
