All Inclusive Food & Drink 
The hotel’s extensive All Inclusive programme includes breakfast (07:30-11:00), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (18:30-21:30), all served buffet-style in the main restaurant, Flavors. Breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner are also served at Ouzo and Provence, subject to their individual opening/serving times. Exclusively for dinner, Fusco and Anaya are both open from 19:00-22:30 – and complimentary room service can be enjoyed 24 hours per day.

For drinks, a range of premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are served at the Indigo bar (09:00-02:00), Almyra beach bar (10:00-18:00), Aqua pool bar (10:00-18:00), Lounge Deluxe Collection bar (10:00-18:00) and Helios bar (10:00-24:00). Sports & Entertainment 
There are tons of activities on offer at the Ikos Dassia, ranging from relaxing aerobics, yoga and beach walks, to up-tempo basketball, volleyball, tennis and mountain biking, and a choice of heated indoor and outdoor pools for both adults and children. A range of chilled-out water activities are also available, such as canoeing and pedaloing, both of which are available free of charge for 20 minutes per day. Plus, fitness fans are well catered for, with a cardio training room and workout studio on-site – and there’s a fantastic daytime and evening entertainment programme for all the family, including live music and professional shows. If you’re in the mood to wind down after all that action, there’s also the delightful Ikos Spa, which offers an indoor heated pool, Jacuzzi, steam bath and sauna, accompanied by a range of luxury treatments (payable locally).
