The facility, formerly known as Paradise Resort Özdere, started to serve under the name of Karya Family Resort as of 2023, with its new management. We have thought of everything to ensure that our local and foreign guests can have a peaceful holiday in our hotel, which provides customer satisfaction-oriented service with its renewed face and team.
Our facility, located 4 km away from Izmir Özdere center, has a total of 227 rooms, 100 of which are 1+1 family rooms.
Our hotel, which also has 2+1 rooms of 75m2 in size, is designed for families to have a comfortable holiday. Located at the seafront, Karya Family Resort provides service with an all-inclusive concept.
Karya Family Resort offers a holiday opportunity where you can have fun all day long, with its large relaxation pool, animation pool, children's pool and indoor pool, as well as pools with slides for adults and children.
You can have a pleasant and entertaining holiday with activities in the animation pool and pool with slides during the day, and various shows and programs in the amphitheater in the evenings.

There are a total of 220 rooms in our hotel.
Standard Rooms are 21 m². The rooms have one large double bed or two single beds. For 3rd person accommodation, the room includes an armchair that can be used as an extra bed, 60 cm wide and 1.80 cm long.
Rooms with bunk beds are 27 - 30 m² in size. The rooms have one large double bed or two single beds. All of our rooms with bunk beds are located on the ground floor.
1+1 Family Rooms are 44 m². The rooms consist of one bedroom and 1 living room. It has a connecting door. The kitchen in the images is for accessory purposes and its use is not allowed.
2+1 Penthouse Suite Rooms are 75 m² in size. The rooms consist of two bedrooms and 1 living room. It has a connecting door. The kitchen in the images is for accessory purposes and its use is not allowed.
*All of our rooms have sea view, except for promo rooms and bunk bed rooms.
*Our promo rooms are rooms with no view away from the pool.
*Towels and sheets in the rooms are changed every 3 days.
Mini Bar - 1 Cola, 1 Sprite, 1 Fanta, 2 Mineral water and 1 1.5 liter water are placed in your Mini Bar on the day of check-in. On the other days of your stay, only 1 piece of 1.5 liters of water will be provided. Due to hygiene and health conditions, tap water is requested not to be consumed as drinking water.

Located at the seafront, Karya Family Resort has a 550-meter long sand and pebble private beach. There is also a large sunbathing area. At the beach and by the pool; Sun loungers and umbrellas are offered free of charge.
Aquapark is open between 10:00-12:00 and 14:00-17:00. Users are requested to comply with the warnings of the staff and the signs.
We have a total of 6 pools, including one large pool, one activity pool, one relax pool, one children's pool, one slide pool and one indoor pool. It is harmful to your health to enter the pool after 20:00 due to disinfection and preparation of the pool for the next day. To protect yourself from the dangers that may occur in pools, avoid dangerous jokes.
Please do not use the white bath towels in your room at the beach, pool and other units. You can get your colorful beach towels from our towel station in our SPA center in return for the cards you get from the reception. On the day of departure, you are kindly requested to hand over your towels to the staff at the same towel station and return your towel cards to the Reception. You can get your beach towels from the SPA center between 09..-12.00//14.00-17.00. A clean towel can be taken once a day. We do not have towel service on the day you leave the hotel. Guests who lose or fail to return their towel cards will be charged a fee of 10 Euros. If you are not in charge of the towels you placed on the sun loungers for reservation purposes before 08.30 at the pool, your towels will be removed by our staff.
